RAFA
Ask RAFA. Travel like you know someone local.
A reliable friend by your side, even in an unfamiliar city. Ask anything, anytime. RAFA takes care of what you need.
Free to ask. Sign in with Google or a passkey.
Welcome to RAFA Beta
You're one of the first travelers to experience RAFA.
We're still testing and improving, so you may see things change along the way.
Thanks for helping us build a better RAFA.
How RAFA helps
RAFA_AI answers 24/7, and RAFA_HUMAN steps in the moment you need a person.
- 01
Ask
From "Plan my 4-day trip" to "When's the last subway?" Ask like you'd ask a friend, and RAFA_AI answers right away.
- 02
Choose
Skip the endless reviews. RAFA_AI picks a few places locals actually go that fit you.
- 03
Request
Restaurant bookings, taxi calls, food delivery. Just say "Can you do this?" and RAFA_HUMAN handles it.
- 04
Resolve
A bag left in a taxi, a sick child, a cancelled booking. RAFA_AI responds right away, and RAFA_HUMAN sees it through.
Asking is free. Only actions have a small fee.
Questions and recommendations cost nothing. A small fee applies only when RAFA does something for you. During the beta, everything is free, including ACTION.
ASK
Questions, ideas and recommendations.
Free
DECIDE
Comparing options and choosing what fits.
Free
ACTION
Bookings, taxi calls, food delivery, phone calls made for you.
Paid in USD (free during beta)
Nothing is booked or ordered automatically. When you ask RAFA to act, RAFA_HUMAN handles it personally. The actual cost of meals, taxi fares and the like is separate.
Why travelers trust RAFA
Not search results. A local friend's picks.
Not just any search result. RAFA recommends only places checked against its own standards: foreigner-friendly service, real availability and local reputation.
A real local person when you need one
RAFA_AI is with you 24/7. For phone calls or local know-how, RAFA_HUMAN, who lives here, takes over.
Recommended ≠ Sponsored
RAFA's recommendations can't be bought. Any ads are always labeled as ads and shown separately from recommendations.
Why RAFA
Raphael, an angel in human form, walked beside a traveler, guiding and protecting him. RAFA does the same, right beside today's traveler.
